With 18 years experience in the real estate industry, she is responsible for a variety of tasks. She expertly manages the listings making sure they are on the MLS and coordinates all marketing activities to provide the most effective exposure for each listing by maintaining accurate, up-to-date property information on our websites. In addition her design skills and attention to detail yield the elegantly crafted material we require. Her energy, enthusiasm and commitment, guarantee that our clients receive nothing but the highest quality of customer service and care.

Lara Nutt
Transaction Processor
Lara Nutt has been part of the John L. Scott team for six years. She has an ability to maintain a high level of competency under stress, which is great in real estate. Lara’s most significant responsibility is processing the sales and commissions for both the Downtown office and the Liberty Lake office. Not only does she oversee the sales transactions but, she also crafts fantastic postcards for the members of the CRM group to send out to their clients.

Bethany Hart
Administrative Assistant
Bethany has worked as a part-time administrative assistant for eight years, giving her strong attention to detail and an effective knowledge of office procedures.  She serves John L. Scott mostly as a support system for the entire downtown administrative team, in both the listing and purchasing sides.  She routes phone calls and guests to their agents, greeting clients with enthusiasm and care.  Bethany also advertises properties both online and in print.  She has a strong knowledge of the Spokane area and maintains relocation information as well as managing the many real estate forms, often creating tailor-made packets for our realtor’s clients.
